City Manager Randall Eads noted that the work provided by Draper Aden Associates will be substantially completed by December 15 and further explained that the wells will be opened over a gradual basis until the wells are operating at maximum efficiency. Eads denied that the City was accepting waste from areas outside of the Bristol region and that the City was accepting hazardous waste. Eads also stated that the City published an RFP for consulting and engineering work on the landfill.
