City Manager Randall Eads informed council that an individual was arrested after breaking into the landfill to steal a truck and other items.

Bristol’s CFO, Tamrya Spradlin, provided an overview of the bids for the landfill gas and dewatering system improvement project. SCS Field Services was responsive and the lowest bidder at $334,330. Council approved the award. Eads explained that SCS Field Services has 40 days to substantially complete the project and 50 days to fully complete it, but they will be on site by next week.
